Puff Puff and Beignets: What Is the Difference?
Puff puff and beignets are both popular fried treats, but their recipes differ. Our puff puff includes water, sugar, salt, yeast and lemon zest. Our beignets include milk, eggs, butter, baking powder, vanilla extract, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Both 70-piece trays require at least 24 hours advance notice.
